The objective will be the creation of two programs, accommodation and catering, which can function independently, but in a way can and should complement each other given the nature of their uses, and where architecture aims to give a unitary identity to the complex based on the language of vernacular architecture, not neglecting the necessary adaptations for the operation of these programs to the contemporary use. The final purpose is to offer a product that not only identifies but is, itself, an expression of the regionality in which it operates and that can contribute to the reaffirmation and enhancement of the local and regional heritage.
