Our strategy was to demolish all interior walls and reorganize the apartment in relation with the exterior space and according to the building’s infrastructure.

The main project principles focused on articulating the distribution hall with the social areas, the bedrooms and the office; unifying the social areas and connecting them with the exterior spaces; providing flexibility through sliding wall panels, adding another bedroom and a study room; taking advantage of the need for insulation gave us the opportunity to use apparent bricks on the social areas, therefore dialoguing with the façade materials.
